Waikiki Beach

Waikiki Beach is the main beach of the state capital of Hawai'i - Honolulu. It's not as beautiful as the countless pristine beaches across Hawai'i, but as a city beach it's still very beautiful.

The bar and cafe scene on Waikiki Beach was never as lively as I imagined it would be, but there are still some places to grab a coffee, or have fun in the evening.

There are however a lot of surf schools on Waikiki Beach. As you become a better surfer you will find better places to surf, but for a beginner the waves here are perfect, and the location is very iconic.

Pearl Harbour

Pearl Harbour is the location of one of the most famous incidents in modern American war history, and a visit here is a very interesting and somber visit.

In the water at certain points around the harbour are sunken ships from the attack, which haven't been touched since they sank.
