Qinghai

Anthony Carlile_133.jpg

Located not too far from the Tibet region, Qinghai is a city of ethnic diversity, making it a fascinating place to visit. This diversity leads to a number of interesting temples to visit. The city is named after Qinghai Lake (blue/green lake), the largest lake in China.

Qinghai Lake is over a huge area, but don't worry if you aren't up to all the walking. There is a buggy / bus service that will happily take you from bus stop to bus stop.
